3. Do you offer a free digital proof?

Yes. We provide a free digital proof before production so you can review the logo, text, layout, and design details.

4. Can I upload my logo or photo?

Yes. You can send your logo, artwork, pet photo, family photo, or custom text by email or WhatsApp.

5. What file format do you accept?

We accept common formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, and PSD. For logo orders, vector files such as AI, SVG, or PDF are preferred.

6. How long does production take?

Production time usually takes 3–7 business days after the digital proof is confirmed. Complex or large bulk orders may need more time.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the destination country and shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after production.

8. Can you make custom packaging?

Yes. We can help with custom cards, backing cards, pouches, gift boxes, stickers, and branded packaging for small businesses.

9. Do you support bulk orders?

Yes. We support bulk custom orders for small businesses, pet shops, salons, hotels, clinics, events, and promotional giveaways.

10. Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Sample orders may be available depending on the product. Please contact us with your product idea and quantity.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request changes before production starts. Once the digital proof is approved and production begins, custom orders usually cannot be cancelled.

12. Do you accept returns?

Because custom products are made based on your logo, photo, or design, returns are usually not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

13. How can I get a quote?

Please send us your product type, quantity, logo or photo, delivery country, target delivery date, and packaging requirements.
