Can I use any pet photo?
Yes. You can upload a dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, or other pet photo. Clear, front-facing, well-lit photos work best for the engraving proof.
Will the engraving look exactly like the photo?
Your photo will be converted into a line-art portrait for laser engraving. The final result is an engraved sketch style, not a full-color photo print.
Can I put pet fur inside?
Yes. The locket is designed to hold a small amount of dry pet fur, hamster fur, whiskers, or another tiny keepsake.
Can I engrave both sides?
Yes. You can choose front-only engraving or front + back engraving. The back side can include a name, date, short message, or simple artwork.
Do you send a proof before making it?
Yes. A free digital proof is included before production. We start making your item after the proof is approved.
How long does it take?
Production usually takes 3–7 business days after proof approval. Shipping time depends on the destination and selected shipping method.
Can I use it for ashes or liquids?
This locket is mainly recommended for dry keepsakes such as fur or whiskers. For ashes or liquids, please contact us before ordering.
