At Givoya Custom, each custom product is made based on your logo, photo, artwork, or design request. Please review our production and shipping timeline before placing an order or requesting a quote.

1. Digital Proof

For custom orders, we provide a digital proof before production.

Please check your logo, text, layout, color, spelling, and product details carefully. Production will begin after the digital proof is confirmed.

2. Production Time

Standard production time usually takes 3–7 business days after the digital proof is approved.

Large bulk orders, complex designs, custom packaging, or special materials may require additional production time.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the destination country and shipping method.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after production.

Express shipping may be available for urgent orders. Please contact us before placing a rush order.

4. Total Estimated Timeline

For most custom orders, the total estimated time is:

Digital proof: 1–2 business days
Production: 3–7 business days
Shipping: 7–15 business days

Estimated total time: 10–24 business days depending on the order and destination.

5. Bulk Orders

For bulk custom orders, production and shipping time may vary depending on quantity, product type, packaging requirements, and delivery country.

6. Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
